Meet our President & CEO, Jen Hogan. Jen started working with Community Credit Union in 2007 and has worked in various roles throughout the credit union. As President & CEO, Jen is responsible for sustaining the organization’s growth, preparing it for the future and ensuring its commitments to the credit unions’ members and communities served are met.

Jen holds an Associate’s Degree in Communications and has accumulated various credit union certificates from the Maine Credit Union League, Credit Union National Association, the Androscoggin Leadership Development Institute of the Lewiston Auburn Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and others. She embraces the national credit union philosophy of “People Helping People” through her work with the Governmental Affairs Committee of the Maine Credit Union League, YWCA and Central Maine Community College Foundation Board and other collaborative groups. In 2022, Jen became a Bridges Out of Poverty Facilitator and Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE).

When not working and serving our communities, Jen can be found enjoying time with her husband, daughter and pet rabbit at their residence in Turner and exploring sports and education attractions.

Meet our Chief Operations Officer (COO), Andrew B. Lunn. Andrew has worked with Community Credit Union in various roles, including Accounting Supervisor, VP of Lending, EVP and COO in 2022. Andrew brings with him years of industry experience as he has been involved with the credit union movement since 2006. The COO works cross-functionally across all departments to monitor risk, enhance internal controls and manage the day-to-day risk functions of the Credit Union. As COO, Andrew’s roles include Compliance Officer, Information Security Officer, Bank Secrecy Act Officer, as well as eServices and product development.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance with a secondary major in management from the University of Maine in addition to a certificate from the Androscoggin Leadership Development Institute from the Lewiston Auburn Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce. He continues to give back to our communities through various Maine Credit Union League Committees and Uplift LA Steering Committee. Andrew was voted the Best of Financial Services at the Uplift LA Finest Under 40 awards in 2022, a committee of the LA Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce.

Outside of work, you can find Andrew spending time with his wife, daughter, son and dog at their residence in Brunswick or enjoying time taking up seasonal activities from skiing, hiking and camping throughout the state of Maine.

Meet our Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Liz Campbell-Brown. Liz brings years of knowledge in the Financial Services Industry since her start in 2012. She joined Community Credit Union as AVP of Financial Operations in 2017 and then promoted to VP of Financial Operations in 2021 and CFO in 2022. As Chief Financial Officer, Liz works with the Financial Operations team analyzing the credit union’s accounting and managing its facilities.

Liz holds an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Business Management from Kaplan University. Throughout her time at the credit union, Liz has been recognized with the Credit Union’s Rookie of the Year and Team Oriented Award, both of which were nominations by her peers for her positive and welcoming demeanor, team attitude and demonstration of the credit union’s culture.

Outside of her time at the credit union, you can find Liz spending time with her wife, son, dog and cats at their residence in Hartford as well as going on outdoor adventures and playing ice hockey.

Meet our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Betsy Sibley. Betsy started in the Financial Services Industry in 2002 and has served in her role as VP of Marketing at Community Credit Union since 2012 and as CMO since 2022. As Chief Marketing Officer, she leads the credit union’s growth and position through internal and external marketing efforts, community awareness events and financial literacy opportunities.

Betsy holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Thomas College in addition to a certificate from the Androscoggin Leadership Development Institute of the Lewiston Auburn Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and is a strong believer in giving back to our communities. Her work on Boards and Committees such as Healthy Neighborhoods, Maine Marketing Council, Credit Union National Association Marketing Council, Statewide Awareness of the Maine Credit Union League, LA Metro Chamber of Commerce and Turner Ridge Riders is a testament to her character and community commitments which is one reason she was awarded the Maine Credit Union League’s Diane Oceretko People Helping People Award. In 2022, Betsy completed her Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE) designation and became a Bridges Out of Poverty Facilitator.

When not volunteering for a local organization and working at the credit union, you can find Betsy surrounded by her family, husband and their two sons at their residence in Turner.

Meet our Chief Experience Officer (CXO), Christine Baker. Christine brings over 26 years of credit union experience with her.

As CXO, Christine manages the sales, operations and member service functions of related departments for the credit union. She also mentors member-facing teams to provide quality member service while monitoring compliance with operating procedures and applicable regulations.

Christine serves on the Maine Credit Union League’s Education Committee in addition to Global Women’s Leadership Network. When not doing her best work for the credit union movement, Christine enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her family.

Meet our Director of Talent Management, Michelle Green. Michelle started working for the credit union in 1999 as a Member Representative and held several positions including many years as a Loan Specialist before transitioning to her role as our AVP of HR and Administration which was renamed as Director of Talent Management. In this position, Michelle oversees aspects of employee performance, talent acquisition, training and development as well as operational reporting

Throughout her career at Community Credit Union, Michelle has had many opportunities for job related training including being a Certified Financial Counselor through the Credit Union National Association and attending Human Resources specific webinars and conferences. Michelle has taught personal finance workshops and educational seminars that allows her to support our community in their journey to financial wellness.

Outside of her time spent in the office, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends poolside and in her backyard at their residence in Lewiston as well as gardening, skiing, following bands and trying new restaurant spots across our State.

Meet our Director of Member Relations, Bria Duncan. Bria brings over 10 years of finance experience to this role, eight of those years with Community in various roles including Member Rep, Member Rep Supervisor, BSA Officer and Operations Manager. Bria now oversees the Relationship Specialist team in Lewiston. She has an associate degrees in Business and Accounting from Andover College. Bria’s industry specific education includes Androscoggin Leadership Development Institute, MECUL Certified Teller, MECUL Supervisor University and Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor.

Bria enjoys boating and traveling and is often seen with her family volunteering with local community partners and participating in Credit Union events. Her family includes her husband, son, two ferrets and a Boston Terrier. They reside in Sabattus.

Nicole Fournier

Meet our Director of Retail Operations, Nicole Fournier. Nicole brings over three decades of financial services industry knowledge with her when she started with Community Credit Union in 2016. Nicole was promoted from Branch Manager (Auburn) to the Director of Retail Operations in 2022. In her role as Director of Retail Operations, Nicole serves to ensure smooth operations of Teller and ATM operations across the Auburn, Turner and Lewiston branches. This includes monitoring member experience, implementing growth strategies and establishing efficient and consistent operations.

Nicole has continued to further her education of the credit union and its industry by attending Financial Service Industry continuing education courses and bringing the knowledge and skills gained back to the credit union for trainings and process enhancements. She leads our Adopt-A-School Partnership with our neighbors at Washburn Elementary School with our Pay Day Program, Financial Education Tours and Presentations, Appreciation Events and more.

Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, daughters and fur babies at their residence in Turner working on home improvements and family activities.

Meet our Member Representative Supervisor, Tiffany Mathon. Tiffany brings over ten years experience with Community Credit Union. She started as a Member Representative, left and then returned to Community to grow in her role as a Member Representative and recently was promoted to this supervisory position overseeing the Lewiston Member Rep Team.

Tiffany is an active member of the Ending Hunger Committee and volunteers at many of the Credit Union events across Androscoggin County. She enjoys outdoor, family adventures with her husband, daughter and son. She resides in Hartford.
